Care Partner / SWING Shift - Memory Care

The Rawlin at Riverbend Memory Care, located in Springfield, OR is seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Partner for our Swing Shift to support and provide high‑quality care to the residents in our community.

Responsibilities of the Care Partner

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
• Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually. 

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in an MC Community is preferred. 
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.

Job Type

• Full Time / Part Time 
• Swing Shift -Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 
• Memory Care.
