Job Description: We are looking for a knowledgeable and supportive Career Advisor to join our team. As a Career Advisor, you will provide guidance and support to individuals navigating the hiring process with our clients as well as learn to assess and evaluate individuals according to Culture as an Algorithm.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct career assessments and identify individual career goals
• Provide guidance on career exploration and development opportunities
• Assist individuals in developing effective resumes, cover letters, and interview skills
• Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with industry trends and job market dynamics
• Collaborate with educational institutions and employers to facilitate networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in career counseling or coaching
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with online career resources and job search platforms

Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year
