Caregiver

Job Summary:Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide quality care to our clients in the Abilene, Texas area.

This is an hourly position in the home care field, where the caregiver will work directly with clients in their homes. 

The current shift day/times that need filled are: 

Part time with potential of full time

Compensation & Benefits:The In-Home Caregiver position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $15.00 an hour, with weekly pay.

Responsibilities:• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting• Monitor and record changes in client's health and report any concerns to management• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality care is being provided• Adhere to all company policies and proceduresRequirements:• 1 year previous caregiving experience AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
