Requirements
Qualifications:
· Minimum age of 18
. Must obtain HCA license
. Drivers License
. Proof of car insurance
· Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
· 2 professional caregiving references
· Pass a DOJ/FBI criminal background check
· Recent Negative TB Test Results
. Recent Health Screening by physician
