• Care Planning Contribution: Share observations with your field manager to help craft effective, individualized care plans.
• Daily Assistance: Help with grooming, bathing, feeding, mobility, and more, fostering an environment of care and respect.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adherent to the latest safety and infection control guidelines.
• Effective Communication: Build meaningful connections with clients, families, and the care team using tactful, empathetic communication.
