Caregiver / CNA Position – Spring Hill Area

FirstLight Home Care is currently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers for clients in the Spring Hill area. We are looking for caregivers for both day shifts and overnight shifts.


Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with personal care and daily activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor client safety and comfort throughout the shift
• Overnight caregivers must remain alert and awake during the shift

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred
• CNA experience is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
• Experience with dementia care is helpful
• Reliable transportation required
