About the Role:
Just Between Seniors LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/CNA to join our team in Tomball, TX. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing personalized, one-on-one care. Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, bedbath, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, hoyer lift and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to appropriate personnel
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification or prior experience as a professional caregiver preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining client dignity and confidentiality
- Experience working with elderly or special needs populations preferred
