Available Schedules

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Overnight Shift: 11pm to 7am

• Every other weekend required

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver at Arbor Terrace Exton, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.

• Provide compassionate, individualized support while promoting dignity and independence.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

• Encourage social engagement and participation in community activities.

• Recognize and communicate changes in residents' needs to the care team.

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a welcoming, supportive environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to obtain the Pennsylvania Direct Care Certificate.

• A compassionate, dependable, and patient approach to senior care.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work every other weekend.

• Previous Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a plus!
