Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable professional to provide high-quality care and support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. In this role, you will help promote comfort, safety, dignity, and independence while building trusted, respectful relationships with those you support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as needed
• Support with mobility, positioning, and transfers to help ensure safety and comfort
• Provide companionship and emotional support through respectful, attentive interaction
• Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping tasks
• Remind or assist with medication routines according to care plans and applicable guidelines
• Monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor or family member
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Follow individualized care instructions and document services provided when required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, personal care, or a related support role is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
• Ability to provide care with patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions and care plans
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, repositioning, and mobility support as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be preferred, depending on the assignment
