Caregiver HCA/CNA - Flexible Schedules Multiple Locations

About the Role

A Better Solution in Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers (HCA/CNA) to join our team in the BOTHELL OFFICE.

We serve Bellevue to Lake Stevens! Clients are all over needing care!

If you enjoy helping others, building meaningful relationships, and providing quality one-on-one care, we would love to hear from you. Our caregivers help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes while providing the support they need each day.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as outlined in their care plan
Prepare meals and assist with mealtime needs
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and other household support
Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
Provide medication reminders according to the client’s care plan
Follow individualized care plans and complete required shift documentation

Qualifications

Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or currently working toward certification as permitted by Washington State requirements
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in a client’s home
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet Washington State background and employment requirements
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but we encourage qualified caregivers with a passion for helping others to apply
