SPECIFIC HOUR(S) OPTIONS: Friday 4-9PM & Saturday 10AM-6PM
or Saturday & Sunday 10AM-4:30PM.
Duties:
- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
- Provide medication reminders as directed by the RN
- Help patients with daily activities, including meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or CNA
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to lift and move patients with proper body mechanics.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
