Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to clients in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

• Provide medication reminders according to the clients care plan and authorized duties.

• Assist with transfers, walking, and mobility needs as trained and assigned.

• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments or errands when required.

• Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately.

• Report changes in a clients condition, safety concerns, or incidents to the office promptly.

• Respect clients privacy, personal belongings, dietary needs, and dignity at all times.

• Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care within the caregivers training and assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least five years of caregiving experience in home care, senior care, or a related setting.

• Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and reliable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow care plans and maintain professional boundaries.

• Willingness to participate in required training and background studies.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of assigned care duties.

• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance if driving is required.

• Must meet applicable Minnesota employment and background-study requirements.
