Caregiver

About the Role:
Angels Health Service LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in West Chester, PA. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a caring demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
