Job Summary


Havenova Home Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and responsible Live-In Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to a client in their home in Lexington, MA. The ideal candidate will help ensure the client's safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.


Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as needed.
  
  
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required.
  
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
  
  
• Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers, as appropriate.
  
  
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and applicable regulations.
  
  
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's care.
  
  
• Monitor the client's well-being and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor or family member.
  
  
• Follow the care plan and maintain client confidentiality.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
  
  
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality.
  
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to meet the client's specific care needs.
  
  
• References and background screening may be required.
  
  
• HHA/CNA certification preferred or required, depending on the assignment.
  
  

Live-In Arrangement

• Accommodation provided at the client's residence in Lexington, MA.
  
  
• Private room and meals: To be confirmed.
  
  
• Days off and rest periods: To be discussed.
  
  
• Overnight responsibilities and actual working hours will be clarified before placement.
  
  

Compensation


$22 per hour, subject to the agreed schedule and applicable wage requirements.
