Job Summary:
Home Helpers Home Care of Waldorf, MD is seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Professional to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a Care Professional with Home Helpers, you will provide in-home care services across our service area, helping clients maintain independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical care services, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication reminders, to clients in their homes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication
Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to identify and address clients' unique needs and goals
Maintain accurate records of client services and report any concerns or issues to the Care Coordinator
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies
Requirements:
3 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, on an as-needed basis
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
Compassionate and empathetic approach to serving clients and their families
