Our caregivers provide compassionate, non-medical support that promotes safety, independence, and quality of life for seniors and adults who need assistance at home.
CAREGIVER SCOPE OF CARE:• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): - Bathing, grooming, hygiene- Dressing and toileting support- Mobility assistance and safe transfers- Incontinence care• Medication reminders • Meal preparation and hydration support• Light housekeeping and laundry • Transportation using caregiver’s vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)• Companionship, social engagement, routine support • Safety monitoring and fall prevention• Communication updates to family as appropriate • Support for memory care needs (Alzheimer’s & dementia-friendly approaches)• Collaboration with home health, hospice, rehab, and other providers for continuity of care (non-medical role)
CAREGIVER CERTIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:• Active HCA Registration through CDSS (includes fingerprinting/background check)• Valid driver’s license • Valid auto insurance for transportation assignments• Current TB test and physical within the last 90 days• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required• Friendly, patient, adaptable, and professional demeanor• Strong communication skills and willingness to coordinate with families and the Amada care teamFor individuals who meet the qualifications and are interested in the position, please email your resume to this address:
