Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support tailored to each client’s individual needs.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or family members.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress.

Requirements

• Kind, understanding, and caring when working with clients and families.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate with clients and team.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes in the area.
• Please ensure punctual attendance at all times.
