Caregiver Part Time Variable Schedule

We are looking for our next amazing, compassionate Caregiver, Part-time, variable schedule, for our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods to join forces with our wonderful team!

Wage range $22.48 - 24.97, base wage plus shift differentials for swing and NOC. Base wage determined depending on experience, with the opportunity for increases and growth!

Differential offered for active CNA license, too!

Part-time variable looks like this:

• Part-time (20 hours per week guaranteed! You can always pick up more if there is a need)
• Variable schedule (must be available to have a varying schedule each week to cover scheduling gaps, callouts, vacations, etc)
• Bi-weekly scheduling will often be different; no set schedules offered
• If you have flexibility in your scheduling, we need you!
• We can schedule around your availability (school, childcare, etc)
• Its like a casual/float position with guaranteed hours

Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:

• A commitment to Touchmark's values, as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
• The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• The ability to maintain patient and display tactful and kind composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
• Team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard
• Reliable
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Experience is highly preferred, but not required. We will train the right person. Having a compassionate heart and desire to care for others is most important.
