Pay: $15.00–$16.50 per hour

Right at Home Lehigh County & East Berks County is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Care Aides, Companions, and CNAs to provide one-on-one care to seniors and adults in their homes.

No CNA or healthcare certification required! Caregiving experience is preferred, and training opportunities are available.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Assist with mobility, transfers and daily activities
Provide medication reminders
Assist with transportation and errands when required
Follow client care plans and report changes in condition

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Experience caring for others, professionally or personally
Compassionate, dependable and professional
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Ability to pass required background checks
3 professional references (supervisors or managers)
Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
Willingness to provide hands-on personal care

Locations & Scheduling

Opportunities available throughout Lehigh County, East Berks County and surrounding areas, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Whitehall, Emmaus, Macungie, Kutztown and Hamburg.

Choose available shifts that fit your schedule! Hours and assignments vary based on client needs and caregiver availability.
