Pay Rate $19 to $23 Per Hour


Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be registered as a California Home Care Aide (HCA)
• Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving experience or related experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and provide person centered care

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Medication Reminders Remind clients to follow their prescribed medication routines
• Meal Preparation Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Companionship and Support Provide friendly conversation, emotional support, and assistance with appointments or social activities
• Health Observation Observe and report changes in clients conditions to the appropriate care team members
