Home Instead of St. George is looking for compassionate, dependable Care Pros who want meaningful work helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and supported at home.We are looking for experienced caregivers who are comfortable providing personal care and hands-on assistance, including safe transfers and mobility support.

What We're Looking ForThe right Care Pro has experience with personal care and transfer assistance and understands the importance of providing care safely, respectfully, and according to the client's care plan.You should be comfortable with:

• Personal care assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Bathing and dressing assistance
• Safe transfers between bed, chair, toilet, and shower
• Wheelchair mobility and mobility assistance
• Using proper body mechanics and following safe transfer techniques
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light household tasks
• Companionship and activities
• Observing changes in a client's condition and communicating concerns

A Great Fit If You

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have previous caregiving or personal care experience
• Have experience with hands-on transfers and mobility assistance
• Are dependable and take scheduled shifts seriously
• Have consistent and dependable availability
• Are comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Are patient, compassionate, and respectful
• Communicate clearly with clients and the office team
• Pay attention to safety and changes in condition
• Are willing to work with a variety of clients and care needs
• Can pass a criminal background check
• Can pass a drug test

Transfer competency is important. We are looking for Care Pros who can safely assist clients with routine hands-on transfers and understand when to follow the care plan, ask for guidance, or communicate a concern.Variety of Shifts AvailableOur clients have needs throughout the day and night, so we are looking for Care Pros with a variety of availability, including:

• Morning shifts
• Daytime shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Overnight shifts
