Your responsibilities will include:Supporting each resident toward the achievement of active treatment goalsAssisting residents in maintaining a safe, comfortable, home-like environmentHelping clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, grooming, etc.Functioning as Team Leader and/or Unit LeaderProviding assistance to residential managers and nursing teamsImplementing behavioral plans and ensuring documentation is completedPerforming all other duties as assignedJob Qualifications:Good verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to establish rapport with other staff and clientsAssociate degree or bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services preferredAnnual Certification (preferred) or Success Brain Injury Certificate program, both of which include 10 hours of brain injury education per yearValid driver's licenseBe at least 18 years oldPhysical ability to walk, stand, stoop, sit, kneel, bend, push, and pullCapability to lift 50 lbs. without assistanceWeekend availabilityPunctuality, responsibility, and ability to work independentlyAbility to problem solve with a team-oriented mindsetAt least 1 year of experience in a Rehabilitation facilityAt least 1 year of experience in supervisory roleHow to Apply: If you are passionate about helping individuals with traumatic brain injuries and meet the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply.
