What You'll Do

• Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care with dignity and respect
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, and errands
• Support safe mobility through ambulation assistance, positioning, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders and follow each client's service plan
• Observe, document, and promptly report changes in a client's condition or safety to your supervisor
• Offer companionship and create meaningful moments through conversation, activities, and shared interests

What You Bring

• Home Care Aide registration required to provide personal care in CA
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Current Annual TB or PPD
• Two positive references
• Compassion, dependability, clear communication, and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
• Ability to complete all required background, health, and employment screenings
