Woodland Hills Assisted Living is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated caregivers to join our growing team. As a caregiver, you'll provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) while helping our residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Compensation
Earn $15.00–$17.00+ per hour with bonuses!
Base Pay: Starting at
$14.00 per hour
Additional earning opportunities include:
- Attendance Bonus: $100 for perfect attendance over two consecutive pay periods
- Shift Pickup Bonus: $100 for picking up an extra shift after working 40 scheduled hours in a week
- Employee Referral Bonus: $500 for referring a new employee who completes 90 days
- Resident Referral Bonus: Earn up to $600 by referring a new resident
- Capacity Bonus: Additional bonus opportunities when Woodland Hills reaches full occupancy
Schedule Options

- Flexible scheduling for days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- PRN staff must maintain consistent availability
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or supervisor
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Assist with meals, hydration, and dining support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Follow infection control, safety, and resident care policies
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and coworkers
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for our residents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available)
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Able to work independently while providing excellent resident care
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for most of the shift
- Frequently bend, stoop, and assist residents
- Lift and transfer up to 50–80 pounds with appropriate assistance and equipment
