POSITION REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Care giving experience of 1 year
- Must be 21 years of age or over
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation; a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
- A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
