    Full Positions Available

    We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers with Home Health Aide (HHA) experience to join our team. As a caregiver, you will aid and support to individuals in their homes or healthcare facilities, helping them maintain a high quality of life and independence. Your responsibilities will include personal care, companionship, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
    • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
    • Administer medications and assist with medication reminders.
    • Prepare nutritious meals and ensure dietary needs are met.
    • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
    • Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
    • Document and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate supervisor.
    • Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
    • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
    • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
    • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience as an HHA, CNA, personal assistant, or caregiver in a home care or healthcare setting.
    • First Aid and CPR certifications.
    • Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
    • Additional healthcare certifications or training.
    • IDPH Fingerprinted
