Hourly Wage: $19.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilites and challenging behaviors, to relieve family members from daily living activities.
• Implement behavior management strategies including responding to physically aggressive behavior, as trained.
• Engage with the client through activities that they enjoy.
• Recognize and respond to behavioral patterns to anticipate and prevent triggers for behaviors.
• Provide crisis intervention with the client’s safety in mind.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the client and family.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• Ability to pass a background check, live scan, and reference check
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)
