Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Building meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Supporting mobility and encouraging independence
• Preparing meals and helping with daily routines
• Performing light housekeeping and household tasks
• Providing transportation to appointments and running errands
• Offering medication reminders
• Supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia
• Communicating with families and our care team to deliver exceptional, personalized care

What We're Looking For

We're seeking compassionate, dependable people who enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Qualifications include:

• Caring, patient, and reliable attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, or Direct Support Professional (DSP) is helpful but not required
• Paid training is available for motivated individuals who are new to caregiving
