What You'll Do:

  • Provide personalized companion care: Assist individuals with daily tasks like meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, and transportation.
  • Support social engagement: Facilitate activities and outings that promote connection, socialization, and community integration.
  • Celebrate individuality: Encourage personal growth, respect individual preferences, and foster a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team: Work closely with other Direct Service Workers, supervisors, and families to ensure the best possible care.

  • Must be a licensed driver (Required),
