GHG Corporation is seeking an experienced Cargo Logistics Mission Integrator to support the CMC4 program. This position supports NASA in the Moonbase Exploration Operations team by managing integrated cargo logistics. The Logistics Integrator will coordinate integration of lifecycle logistics by defining objectives, creating plans and timelines, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring overall success of cargo logistics and manifest across Exploration Programs from element initiation through flight. This entails lifecycle planning for development and operations, including developing and implementing processes and tools to identify, mitigate, and report logistics and manifest risks.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage the integrated Artemis missions as well as negotiating trades and hardware deliveries to ensure mission milestones are metResolve issues and documentation associated with cargo logistics (tracking of all issues, establishing deadlines, tracking open work)Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate open work and plan to closureCoordinate with stakeholders for impacts of cargo/manifest changesComplete assessments on logistics impacts due to changes in vehicle capabilitiesDevelop/refine logistics coordination process and documentationCollect, analyze, and integrate Artemis Program's logistics/cargo data supporting the Moonbase programsCoordinate with cross-functional teams on logistics/cargo requirementsDevelop innovative strategies to remove roadblocks for efficient and effective logistics management Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree and at least 4 years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree with at least 2 years of prior relevant experienceFamiliarity with NASA processesDetail orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentOrganized, proactive, and communicates clearlyComputer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)Preferred QualificationsProject Management knowledge and/or experiencePosition SummaryPosition Type: Regular, Full TimeU.S. Citizenship Required: YesSecurity Clearance: Not currently requiredLocation: Houston, Texas / On-SiteWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer as defined by the EEOC
