TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Cargo Recruiter, in the 77018 area of Houston!!
WORK ENVIRONMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit and source candidates for cargo, warehouse, and logistics positions.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms.
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.
- Explain job duties, pay rates, schedules, and company expectations to applicants.
- Coordinate interviews, orientations, and onboarding processes.
- Verify employment eligibility and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruiting databases.
- Communicate with clients and hiring managers regarding staffing needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and placement process.
- Meet daily and weekly recruiting and hiring goals.
- Assist with attendance follow-ups, retention, and employee relations when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting for warehouse, cargo, logistics, or manufacturing positions is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and recruiting systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet recruiting deadlines and hiring targets.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse and cargo operations.
- Ability to recruit through Indeed, Facebook, and other job platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
