Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (first shift)
Location: Various job sites throughout Metro Atlanta

Job Overview
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Tile Setter Helpers / Apprentices / Finishers. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, gain hands-on construction experience, and build a long-term career in tile installation.
No matter your level of experience, candidates must have a positive attitude, be willing to learn, and be able to take direction from experienced tile setters. All employees will participate in the company's Apprenticeship Program once hired.

Job Responsibilities
The Tile Setter Helper will assist experienced tile setters at various construction job sites. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Unloading and moving materials to the job site.
- Setting up tools, materials, and the work area each morning.
- Assisting with job site preparation.
- Mixing mud, mortar, and other installation materials.
- Measuring and making appropriate cuts to tile and other materials.
- Assisting with tile and stone installation.
- Completing final grouting and finishing of tile and stone installations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site throughout the day.
- Cleaning up tools, materials, and the work area at the end of each workday.
- Following instructions and working as part of a team alongside assigned tile setters.
- Participating in the company's Apprenticeship Program to develop tile installation skills.
Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as applicable.
- Must be willing and able to drive your own vehicle to and from assigned job sites.
- Basic math skills, including measuring and calculating materials.
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated to work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to take direction and work well with others.
- Interest in learning a skilled trade and developing long-term career skills.
- Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting and moving materials.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
Work Schedule & Job Site Details
- Hours: Generally 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Hours may vary slightly depending on the job site.
- Job Locations: Various sites throughout Metro Atlanta, including Atlanta, Buckhead, and Alpharetta. Job sites are generally within a 45-minute drive of Atlanta.
- Job Assignments: Employees will typically remain at the same job site for one month or longer before moving to another location. Smaller projects may last approximately 1–2 weeks.
- Project Types: Most projects involve new construction, with some remodeling work.
- Transportation: Employees are responsible for driving their own vehicles to assigned job sites.
- Dress Code & Safety: Closed-toe shoes are required. The company provides personal protective equipment (PPE).
