Carpenter

Overview The Carpenter for the Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel will construct, maintain, and repair wooden fixtures, furniture, drywall, and structural elements within the property. Responsibilities Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Assists Lead Carpenter in construction, repairs and installation of structural woodwork and other wood items. May perform maintenance on or operate gaming equipment. Executes Projects and Other Duties as Dispatched/Assigned. Qualifications Highschool graduate or vocational training equivalent Five years of experience in all facets of carpentry Must possess a valid NJ Casino Employee Registration or be eligible to obtain Credential from the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
