East & Westbrook Construction is seeking experienced Carpenters with a strong background in concrete construction. This position is ideal for individuals who have hands-on experience building and setting concrete forms, placing concrete, and performing layout and finish work on commercial and industrial construction projects.

What You''ll Do

• Build, set, brace, and strip concrete forms for footings, foundations, walls, columns, and slabs.
• Measure, cut, and install wood and metal forming systems.
• Read blueprints and perform layout work according to project specifications.
• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing operations.
• Install embeds, anchor bolts, and reinforcing materials as required.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.

What We''re Looking For

• 3+ years of carpentry experience, with a strong emphasis on concrete formwork.
• Experience with footings, foundations, walls, elevated slabs, and other concrete structures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of concrete forming systems, layout, and construction methods.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and regular attendance.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
