Duties:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.- Coordinate and supervise a team of carpenters and other construction workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members, ensuring work is performed according to industry standards and safety regulations.- Oversee quality control measures to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications.- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to plan and execute construction projects effectively.- Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for carpentry projects.- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material usage.
