Job Summary We’re looking for a well-rounded experienced Carpenters / General Maintenance Technicians that are skilled in all areas of carpentry or maintenance to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly attending to our property, amenities and buildings for any needed repairs and conducting routine maintenance. Responsibilities Carpenters
This is a roll-up your sleeves. get your hands dirty and perform carpentry work in order to keep our resort looking the best it can!
Perform all functions of general carpentry work for all property needs including amenities, rooms, buildings, and facilities from repairs to minor construction tasks
General Maintenance
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, laundry, kitchen and bar equipment and pool equipment to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs that do not require licensed professionals
Perform preventative maintenance throughout property including painting, and general upkeep.
Maintain motel rooms and cabins; and refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms
