Carpenter

Job Scope:

• Complete punch-list work and correct finish carpentry deficiencies
• Install and repair doors, frames, trim, baseboards, cabinets, and hardware
• Build, install, align, and brace concrete forms for foundations, walls, columns, and slabs
• Strip concrete forms and assist with formwork operations as needed
• Review shop drawings and verify field dimensions
• Lay out and install metal stud framing and related components
• Cut, fit, drill, assemble, and secure framing materials
• Install anchors, fasteners, doors, hardware, and associated components
• Ensure proper plumb, level, alignment, and fit of installed materials
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure accurate and efficient installations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience
• Experience in one or more of the following: finish carpentry, punch-list work, concrete form carpentry, or metal stud framing
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read plans, shop drawings, and take accurate measurements
• Must have tools of the trade
• Must provide and wear proper PPE
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
