In this role, you will work alongside experienced craftsmen, supporting daily custom woodworking and installation projects. Responsibilities Include
- Assist lead carpenters with daily tasks, prep work, assembly, and site cleanup.
- Safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture pieces and material components throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow precise directions and safety guidelines while learning trade-specific techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure daily project goals are met efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
- Punctuality: Strict 5:00 AM start time—reliability is non-negotiable.
- Availability: Flexible end time, typically working 8.5 to 9.5 hours daily (Monday–Friday).
- Physical Stamina: Capable of constantly lifting heavy pieces throughout the day.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to ensure consistent and timely attendance.
- Mindset: Adaptable, moldable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork drive and clear, effective communication skills.
- Experience: A background in furniture or woodworking is preferred, but not required.
