Job Description
Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site to ensure project timelines are met. Perform hands-on carpentry tasks as required to maintain high-quality standards. Collaborate with subcontractors and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Inspect work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and progress reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project updates and concerns. Ensure materials and equipment are available and organized for efficient workflow. Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
