Looking for more than just another job? Voda Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our growing team.


No restoration experience? That's okay. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, great with customers, and ready to learn. We’ll help teach you the technical skills.


What You’ll Do

• Perform professional carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning.
• Assist with water mitigation and restoration projects.
• Operate and maintain professional cleaning and restoration equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Complete job photos, notes, and documentation using a mobile device.
• Keep equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized.
• Learn additional restoration services and industry skills.
• Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with hands-on, physical work.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Experience in carpetcleaning, construction, maintenance, moving, delivery, landscaping, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, warehouse work, or other hands-on service roles is a plus—but not required.
