Job Overview:
As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpet cleaning, and any additional experience in water restoration and mold mitigation is a plus. Certifications in cleaning and restoration are valuable but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning using professional-grade equipment and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every job.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about the cleaning process and expected results.
- Assist with water damage restoration and mold mitigation when needed.
- Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in carpet cleaning preferred.
- Experience in water restoration and mold mitigation is a plus.
- IICRC or other certifications in cleaning and restoration are a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills—must be professional, courteous, and client-focused.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
