We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Case Manager to join our Accounting + Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and delivering high-quality case management services to our clients. This position demands a unique blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities. The individual should have a deep understanding of accounting and finance principles and be able to apply this knowledge in providing effective solutions to complex business problems.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of case management from initiation to closure, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the stipulated timeframe and budget.
2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
3. Collaborate with the consulting team to develop strategic plans and implement effective solutions for clients.
4. Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations to improve the client’s financial performance.
5. Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders to present findings, discuss solutions, and gain consensus.
6. Maintain a high level of professional competence through continuous learning and development in the field of accounting and finance.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be a plus.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, preferably within the accounting and finance industry.
3. Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles and practices.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Outstanding leadership and project management skills.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Strong commitment to ethical practices and professional standards.
10. Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.
