Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $28/ HR- BACHELORS DEGREE - REQUIRED - TEMP TO PERM
Seeking compassionate and professional Case Managers for full-time opportunities in the Bronx. Candidates should be passionate about supporting individuals and families while helping connect them with community and social service resources.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Prior case management, social services, or community outreach experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage documentation and client interactions professionally
