Pay Range: $25 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and process provider calls for Behavioral Health and HC ICMS
- Validate HIPAA, verify eligibility & benefits, provide referrals, and complete authorization processes
- Utilize workflows to make nonclinical decisions based on Fast Cert Authorization criteria
- Participate in tasks related to holistic case management, including aftercare follow-up planning
- Process electronic authorization requests and coordinate follow-up requests with Care Management Teams
- Research complicated cases and participate in assigned workgroups and team meetings
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of related work experience in Behavioral Health/Psychology preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to project warmth and empathy
- Effective listening and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with proven customer service skills
- Experienced in working with multiple PC systems and applications
