Adhere to agency risk assessments, policies, protocols, safety questionnaire, on-call procedure, safety planning, and corporate compliance. Ensure that required elements of the ECR/EHR are present, current and in accordance with agency certification and documentation standards. Qualifications:Minimum of High School diploma and 5 years' experience with SED children; OR a Bachelor's degree in relevant field and at least 6 months experience working with SED children. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. Initiative and ability to work independently; A willingness and comfort level in providing community-based services to a diverse population of clients; Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situation.Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance with no more than 5 points on your MVR.
