We’re looking for friendly, outgoing, and dependable people to join our Front of House Team. If you enjoy talking with people, making someone’s day, and creating a welcoming environment, this could be the perfect position for you!

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be one of the first and last people our Guests interact with. Your goal is simple: make every Guest feel welcomed, appreciated, and excited to come back.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every Guest with a smile and friendly greeting
• Create genuine connections with our Guests
• Take orders accurately while providing helpful, friendly service
• Deliver orders and check in with Guests in the dining room
• Thank Guests and invite them to visit us again
• Look for opportunities to go above and beyond
• Help resolve Guest concerns with kindness and urgency
• Keep the restaurant clean, comfortable, and inviting
• Work together with your teammates to provide fast, accurate service
• Help create the warm hospitality Culver’s is known for
