Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers with enthusiasm upon arrival and departure
- Efficiently manage transactions using the cash register
- Balance cash register at the end of each shift
- Scan goods accurately and ensure correct pricing
- Accept payments via cash, credit, or check
- Provide change and receipts with a friendly smile
- Issue coupons, vouchers, and gift cards
- Process returns and resolve customer complaints
- Bag and wrap items securely for customers
- Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate
Key Requirements
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
