About the Role

We are seeking experienced and passionate Front of House (FOH) Cashiers with excellent customer service skills to join our team in Lakeview, Chicago. Our new restaurant, located in the heart of Lakeview, is dedicated to bringing great Chicago-style pizza, wings, and Mediterranean food to our community. If you are a hard-working, positive individual who enjoys engaging with customers and ensuring a smooth dining experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Manage order expo to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house and expo area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH staff to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a FOH Cashier or in a similar customer service role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Open availability, including weekends and evenings.
