    Job Description

    • Must be friendly and personable

    • Basic animal feed and healthcare knowledge

    • Answering incoming calls

    • Answer question about new product and services

    • Assist customers in placing orders

    • Accurate computer skills

    • Ability to resolve customer issues

    • Comfortable working with, and learning new computer systems/programs and processes.

    • Greet customers.

    • Maintain neat appearance.

    • Operate register.

    • Shifts may vary - Evenings, weekends

    • Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

    • Previous cashier experience a plus.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication.

    • Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift up to 80 pounds.
