You'll greet guests with genuine hospitality, guide them through the menu, take orders accurately, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a warm, genuine greeting.
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations.
- Ensure all orders are entered correctly for the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front counter and beverage station.
- Assist guests with questions, concerns, or special requests in a professional manner.
- Follow all cash handling, food safety, and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
